The mission of our business is to provide an avenue by which we can assist our sport of Volleyball to grow and pass on this passion to the future caretakers of our sport.Dedicated to promoting the success of the program and its students and athletes by training the sport of volleyball mentally and physically. The Volleyball Factory's goals are focusing on discipline, respect, and self confidence while at the same time developing top-level volleyball players who excel academically and socially.With Southern California inundated with so many club volleyball teams there is a void of actual skill instruction that includes not only the physical aspect of the game but the mental and emotional side of it. The club teams are oriented towards the playing the game and getting recruited by colleges. What The Volleyball Factory has to offer is actual skill instruction to all levels, all ages and gender so that these kids are beyond ready to play at the next level, whichever level that may be.In addition to the skill instruction, the students will be receiving coaching from experienced coaches whose expertise range from coaching or playing at the collegiate level, professional level and Olympic level.
