We love being out on the water, and SUP (Stand Up Paddle boarding) is a really fun and inclusive way that people of all abilities can enjoy the beautiful waterways we have here in the UK. We're based on the River Thames between Henley-on-Thames and Oxford.We're passionate about physical and mental wellbeing, and paddle boarding is an awesome antidote to the hectic lives we all seem to lead these days. We offer a range of paddle boarding activities including SUP Lessons, SUP Yoga, Adventure Days and SUP Team Building. Our full day SUP Adventure packages provide a fantastic team-building activity for leaders looking to get their teams back together again this summer in an outdoor, fun and safe environment.With BSUPA certified founders and instructors that really embody the SUP life, we're committed to help you enjoy the fastest growing sport in the UK in the most enjoyable and safest way as possible.
