The Hearts for Healing Project is a student-led organization that serves chronically ill and/or hospitalized children. They have helped over 300 families by providing personalized care packages, among other types of assistance.Another objective of The Hearts for Healing Project is to raise awareness for various childhood conditions to mitigate ableism and increase research funding. To date, they have reached over 50,000 individuals through their various social media accounts. The Hearts for Healing Project also has a volunteer program open to high school and college students. This program aims to promote kindness and empathy among students of this age group.
