Since 1995, we have worked with hundreds of young adults in Delaware, ages 18 to 24, at high risk of gun violence and disenfranchisement, with significant barriers to employment. We prepare them for jobs in the construction and woodworking trades. We are also a construction company and have rehabbed homes and properties in low-income neighborhoods.
