We operate as a collective of like-minded people and like-minded brands, working alongside each other to grow and fulfil our potential. Our core focus is accessories and jewellery, with a bias towards fashion and lifestyle.Evolving organically over the past 15 years, we are more akin to a ‘stable' than an opportunistic collection of brands. We choose to partner with other labels that we like, who align to our values, and with whom we can challenge ourselves further. We act as owners, contributing to global success.There are four strands to our business:> Proprietary Brands (brands that we own and manage globally, we operate creative, marketing, sales & logistics functions)> Licenses / Partnerships (we provide design, sales, marketing & distribution operations across our global network)> Distribution (creatively-aligned external brands, we import, wholesale & distribute in our key markets)> Logistics (external brands, we provide 3PL services from our proprietary warehouse & customer service function)Our brands do not define us – although publicly they are what we are known for – but they are the vehicle for our team to reach and exceed their potential. Our current brand line up includes Icon Brand, Bloom & Bay, Wild For The Weekend, Classics 77, Sunday Somewhere and several others (including private label and licensed brands).Our values1.
