Logistics Plus is fully automated and contains the following components:-Full or partial storage in a first class environment using WMS-Order taking through telephone or online transfer of orders-Picking and Packing using electronic matching which zeroizes possible errors-Invoicing using all means of payment including credit card installments if needed-Collection of sale receipts and fund's transfer to Customer's Bank account-Collection and Quality checking of product returns-Product replacement of Customer returns-End Customer Refunds on behalf of our Customers-Problem solving and Customer after sale Service-Online Real Time Information to our customers and monthly financial reporting to be used for tax purposes.The Company also provides additional services to Customers that have a need for Inbound and Outbound Services, SMS texting, Database Management, CRM Services and RFM Scoring that includes data from various customer bases either online or offline.
