TeamFilm is a management development and team building programme that develops and builds teams by immersing staff in the world of film production. It challenges staff by giving team members key film production roles plus a shared brief to create a short film or advert that captures new ideas and solves issues within the business.TeamFilm transposes the highly creative environment of film making into a human resources context. A number of staff teams work in competition to produce short films that will be screened at a ‘premiere' that concludes the one or two day programme.
