Verloren Banden is an archival and audiovisual community project focussing on exhibitions, live-events and documentaries. Our first short documentary 'Tifa' was released on the second of July 2017 at De Balie Amsterdam and screened at various international filmfestivals in 2018, such as Smithsonian Institution Mother Tongue Filmfestival Washington, Garifuna Indigenous Filmfestival Los Angeles ,Oscar® Qualifying Go Short Filmfestival Nijmegen and Pasifika Festival in Sydney. On april 2021 our short documentary ‘Achter de Woestijnweg' was broadcasted by Omroep Gelderland.
