In 2017, Rianna was one of the founders who created and developed CIVANA, an approachable wellness brand. Prior to that she played a major role in creating the ‘sustainable wellness' category while rebranding and converting the iconic Two Bunch Palms Spa Resort, a 75-year old hot mineral springs resort into the first carbon neutral resort in North America. Experienced in brand development, marketing, public relations outreach and developing spas and wellness center on a corporate level and as a spa operator, Rianna has had proven success in driving top-line revenue and bottom-line profit.Extremely knowledgeable in the practical execution of a start up company that requires a combination of strategic planning and hands-on tactical execution in all areas of the business including hotel operations, website and digital marketing, reservations systems, HR, Food & Beverage, SOP's, financial management and brand development as well as overseeing facilities design, treatment and nutrition menu and program development, FF&E selection and financial modeling.
