Through her coaching, she helps clients unlearn old habits and behaviours, through reframing and re-pivoting mindsets; moving from success to significance.Having worked as a global executive for over 25 years in the international financial payments and services sector, Julienne stepped down from her corporate role in 2022, after spending more than 17 years in key senior leadership positions with Mastercard in Asia Pacific, where she was not only the first Singaporean women country head to lead the firm during the global financial crisis in 2009, she was also the first female Group Executive to be appointed in 2015 to oversee the region's products & innovation group before her last role in the global leadership team overseeing Asia's enterprise partnerships and transaction services.In 2021, she went through her own halftime pause, where she took six months sabbatical in July 2021 and participated in a year-long Fellows Program with The Halftime Institute (USA), followed by a Brain-based coaching certification with The Neuroleadership Institute, which is fully certified and recognized by the International Coaching Federation.Hence Resolution Advisory was established to help clients get free, get clear, and get going to greater success.
