Our fund invests in publicly traded, small and micro-cap companies and private companies that are going public in the near future. Our investments are designed to be liquid within 12 months. We invest with a Venture Capitalist mentality, but with a much clearer path to liquidity. We seek out solid management teams that are demonstrating success in their endeavors and apply Redwood Funds' resources to help them achieve their next level of success.
