Set up in 2018, Raintree Foundation is guided by the values of the Family and is the outcome of their deep-seated passion and commitment to actively contribute towards the country's inclusive and sustainable development. The family's strategic ‘portfolio approach' to social investments has helped advance and maximize the foundation's impact through various interventions.Raintree Foundation pools together a mix of resources from the ecosystem to develop successful and scalable programs that address rural and urban India's chronic social and environmental issues. We co-create these programs along with the community and governments. The Foundation partners with leading Indian and global non-profit organizations, technical experts and knowledge experts to develop new transformational value propositions. The Foundation's current thematic focus areas are Building Resilience, Clean Energy, Sustainable Livelihoods, Biodiversity Conservation and Watershed Ecology.
