RANA (Refugees Are Not Alone) asbl/vzw is a Brussels-based non-profit organization that promotes the integration of asylum seekers and refugees into Belgian society. The core of RANA's work is the Buddy Project, through which we provide social, administrative, and personal support to individuals and families. This can range from going to the Commune for administrative support to simply meeting over coffee with a friend. RANA also organizes cultural activities for refugees and volunteers to engage with the wider RANA community and discover Belgium, and hosts public events to promote and raise awareness on integration.
