We know all about bad property management experiences because we dealt with them for years. As we outsourced our own residential single-family and multi-family rental portfolio to management companies, we saw a recurring theme: unacceptable services, absent communication, dissatisfied tenants, and ultimately, disappointed expectations. We got so fed up with the lack of communication and poor services provided that we decided to build our own company and create the level of excellence we expected in property management.
