Set up by Confindustria and Federmanager, Fasi offers supplementary healthcare to managers of companies producing goods and services, whether active or retired, and their families. The guiding principles of the Fund have always been mutuality, intergenerational solidarity and non-selection of risk. The offer of protection has expanded over the years with the establishment of the GS-Phases for involuntarily unemployed managers and with Non-Self-Sufficiency Phases in favor of the most vulnerable categories. Furthermore, FasiOpen represents a further offer of supplementary healthcare for companies that also want to offer non-managerial workers and their family members a form of health protection.
