Perlasix Music is the musical identity of composers and performers Andrew Daly, Kevin Francis and Karl Held.Together we write, perform and record music for films, theatre, ballet and other commissions. We have been working collaboratively since 1996. Our projects to date include:Music for Ballet - an Arts Council-funded project to provide original music for a dance performance for people with learning disabilitiesMusic for the Chester ‘Mystery Plays' - a commission to provide ambient music for theatrical performancesMusic for the feature film ‘Iniquity' (2009)- providing soundtrack music for the opening credits and a ‘dream-sequence' in the feature as well as additional music for DVD extras Music for the short film ‘Silence is Gordon' (2010)Remix work for popular beat combos: Heaven 17 (appearing on ‘Retox:Detox') and Pulp (not appearing on the final single in favour of Stretch'n'Verns mix)Music for the film 'Brothers In Arms' (2018).Perlasix works from locations across the UK and Europe.
