Our mission at Odd Sports Topics is to address weird things in sports that have become normal to the common fan. Our articles aim to highlight and answer these weird normalities to get a dialog started in the sports community. Peter and Michael intend to find answers to these weird normalities which range from, "Why are baseball managers the only coaches that suit up in uniform?" to "Why is a basketball hoop 10 feet?"If we aren't able to find the full answer, we will still post an article about the topic to get sports fans thinking and talking about the weird normalities in sports. Our articles include the history or origin of the topic, why it's a relevant and important topic, and ultimately ending with our personal opinion on if the topic should stay the way it is.
