Modularization combines the benefits of standardization, which drives economies of scale, with the ability to create different configurations. The main enabler of modularization is well-specified and stable standardized interfaces. To meet the demand for sustainable and innovative construction solutions, TMB created "Orange Kit" a combination of intelligent building systems comprising modular pre-manufactured, custom-made applications delivered just-in-time to the building site. This enables faster construction, reduced costs, more efficient use of raw material and fewer emissions.
