I am a Masters qualified Nutritionist, specialising in women's food and mood. I also hold a Bachelor of Science, in both physiology and psychology.It is becoming increasingly apparent that the way in which we nourish our bodies is intricately linked to our physical and mental health alike. Having undertaken world first research as part of my Masters I have developed evidence based tools for improving symptoms of depression throughout the antenatal period, naturally with lifestyle and diet.My philosophy is simple: there is no such thing as a magic bullet 'one size fits all' approach to healthy eating. Our food choices and eating habits are much more than an energy transaction. They are also a complex mix of personal, cultural and lifestyle choices. I believe that when we nourish our bodies, we nourish our souls at the same time. My approach to each client reflects my philosophy: together we will set goals and build sustainable lifelong habits for health. This is a fad free zone.
