Northeast Divorce Settlement Consultants, LLC (NDSC) was established in 2012 as a subsidiary of Seascape Capital Management, LLC in order for Monica McCarthy to better serve divorcing individuals with advice involving the financial complexities of dividing marital property and planning for a secure future. She earned her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) designation that same year to build on her planning and tax knowledge by including the specialized skills needed for divorce financial analysis. With the addition of Chrissy Sullivan, Director of Wealth Planning, our expertise and resources have expanded. Chrissy received her CDFA® designation in December 2020.
