As a brokerage our lending network has expanded to banks and credit unions nationwide, solving the limitations of having one specific credit box. We provide financing options for (a) conventional commercial financing, (b) SBA commercial real estate financing and (c) non-real estate business loans. We work with several referral partners ranging from commercial real estate agents, business brokers, residential loan officers, franchises, residential real estate agents, and business owners to provide more for their clients seeking financing. We also work with financing specialists that are unfamiliar with the SBA process. Our system allows us to work with a wide variety of partners.
