At Mind In Motion Coaching, we believe in the power of small wins building over time. We focus on the Process by emphasizing small changes in your daily habits. When you focus on the small wins every day, eventually they become big wins.We work to help people get healthy in two ways.First, we aim to increase awareness and understanding of what it takes to live a healthy lifestyle. We highlight 6 Pillars of Wellness, upon which a healthy life can be built. We aim to provide this information in simple ways that everyone can understand. It is our hope that a health science degree is not required to understand the information we provide.Second, we aim to simplify the process of taking that awareness (from step 1) and turning it into sustainable action. We rely on proven behavior change strategies to guide our clients through the process of developing healthier habits.The objective of our system is to build one sustainable, healthy habit at a time, and watch as those new habits build upon each other. Over time, the power of all these small changes will compound into a healthy life.
