He graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with a dual major in Economics and Human Resources Administration.Drew is an effective project manager combining an expertise in organizational development, talent acquisition, succession planning, acquisition integration, employee relations, labor relations, and legal compliance with a history of positive employee development, retention, and growth. He has a reputation as an exceptional communicator who strives to create capabilities for an organization. Drew has developed and managed executive succession planning programs that involved over two hundred candidates a year. A percentage of these people were identified as high-potentials, and were given additional testing, training, and coaching by Drew. He personally worked with an average of twenty-five leaders a year ranging from managers to business unit presidents. He has been coaching for over five years, and completed his coaching certification from Neumann University.
