Lawyers‘ Office Olodar Prebanic & Arela Jusufbasic-Goloman is a successor of the Lawyers' Office Tkalcic-Dulic, Prebanic & Jusufbasic-Goloman, which was founded in 1994 by lawyer Bojana Tkalcic-Dulic (the Office). Lawyer Olodar Prebanic joined the Office in 1997 while lawyer Arela Jusufbasic-Goloman joined in 2005. Presently, there are five lawyers working in the Office, as well as several associates and trainees and its further expansion is soon to be expected. This makes it one of the larger lawyers' offices in the B&H legal environment, specializing in providing legal services in the areas of commercial and civil law. The Office's narrow specialization includes corporate law, M&A transactions, banking, privatization, competition law, labor law, energy and telecommunications, as well as dispute resolution and other related areas of legal practice in which the Office has acquired an indisputable reputation for outstanding quality of the services rendered to its foreign and local clients.
