No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health. You will actually rarely ever hear me use the word 'diet'​. I hate this word! I think it means to 'sacrifice'​ and also means something that is 'temporary'​. I don't want to make you fee like any of the changes you are making are temporary or that it's a sacrifice. What you fuel your body with should never be about this. It should be about making you feel good inside and out. Some of my clients don't even need to lose weight! They just want to learn how to eat better and to better manage their relationship with both food and lifestyle choices. \\I don't exercise 2-3 hours per day and will never expect my clients to do that. Finding time in the day to get in exercise can be very hard. I realize most people have full time jobs, children and other areas in their daily lives that need attention. I want to give you some practical tips on how to incorporate physical activity in to your daily life that won't make it feel like other areas are being neglected.
