OUR MISSION Irreplaceable Foundations mission is to save the lives of children from accidental death and injury. Accidental injury is the leading cause of death among children in the U.S. About 9 million children go to the hospital for unintentional injuries and around 12,000 die every year. With that being said, Irreplaceable Foundation believes most accidental deaths and injuries can be prevented with the right precautions taken. All of our programs are free to participants as our goal is to encourage children to live in a safe environment.TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERNCE Our organization will focus on a series of free educational courses to spread the word about critical issues connected to child safety. The initial target of these series will be any adult that regularly interacts with children including parents, legal guardians, teachers, police officers, and other emergency personnel. Some of the topics that we plan to discuss in our courses include drowning, poisoning, suffocation, gun safety, car safety, pool safety, fire safety, and home safety. Each course will include pamphlets and other educational materials so that participants have practical pieces that they can keep in their home to reinforce the safety lesson. For community organizations that have pools we will work with volunteers to provide free swimming lessons to children 0 to 19 years old. Irreplaceable Foundation creates confidence by saving lives and building futures so fewer children are injured or die.
