The Institute for Generative Leadership provides leadership and management development and education to teams, leaders, and the coaches and consultants who support them. Our leadership development programs are grounded in more than four decades of research, blending on-the-job practice in real-time with community discovery, discussion, and reflection. We also provide consulting and coaching to both executive teams and management teams. At IGL we believe that all possibilities exist in conversation.
