Inquisibot is an independent game development studio founded in 2013 by Geoffrey Villanueva and Duane Rajkumar. Located just north of Toronto, Inquisibot is committed to creating inventive, immersive and fun gaming experiences.In August 2013, Inquisibot began work on its first game, Mecha Mettle; a thematic card and dice game set in a cyberpunk universe. Now halfway through its development cycle, Mecha Mettle is currently being playtested with target markets for fine-tuning. A Kickstarter campaign and launch party are planned to precede the game's release date of April 2014.In November 2013, Inquisibot began work on a video game concept. During initial brainstorming sessions it was decided that the game be built around one main rule; the game must be easy to learn but difficult to master. The end result of these brainstorms was Mancer, an RTS/fighting game hybrid where players take on the role of dueling magic wielders known as "mancers". This game is in the early stages of development and no launch date has been decided as of yet.At Inquisibot, when it comes to development, we believe in using every part of the buffalo. As an interdisciplinary team with limited resources, we understand that in order to function efficiently in a competitive games market, everything at our disposal must be taken into account. By focusing on concepts that zero in on our strong suits, we are able to leverage our individual skills to create quality work that is greater than the sum of its parts.
