The team at Hero's Arm were already avid users of the digital space, either as consumers or employed in the space. We came together to help brands execute on their ideas.Media is ever changing, that is a fact. Twenty years ago you did not have a device in your hand that could tell you where the best place to eat lunch is, how to get there, and view pictures of the meals uploaded by other patrons of the restaurant. The world has gotten smaller, making consumers much more accessible. Where we need to be careful is, treating the consumer with respect. Social media, is the ONLY time a consumer will give a brand the privilege to market directly to them. This is not to be taken lightly. Digital marketing is another big question mark. The wrong placement, a poorly functioning website, a poorly scheduled email blast, are all things that could make or break a campaign.We understand that social media & digital marketing are these abnormalities to an older generation of marketers. Many of them either don't understand and don't want to or don't understand and think that they do. Neither of these are not great places to be. This is why it is important to bring in people that you can trust, a team that is not only knowledgeable about the current state of the internet but one that is constantly learning.
