My practice is holistic whereby I help people to utilize their internal and external resources to be the best they can be and live their lives with great health, joy, success, abundance, and prosperity. I take a developmental health approach in my therapy practice and classes whereby the physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, environmental, financial, social and spiritual aspects of each person are addressed.
