GymMates is a unique brand of fitness training geared to the individual (or group) that is/are unsure where to start, what to do, intimidated, needs a push, or requires education in gym/fitness training. We are fitness enthusiasts who provide motivation and variations in working out designed to create a lighter & fun atmosphere. If one isn't enjoying the process it will be harder to endure. As such, a Mate, is a fellow member of a joint thing. We are side-by-side gym partners i.e. mates in your fitness journey. It was created as an inexpensive option for aspiring fitness enthusiasts to offer something different than "an expensive trainer" or lofty gym membership that doesn't get used.
