There is a growing number of female majority-owned and operated businesses in Ontario. Despite this trend, a disconnect remains between women entrepreneurs and the resources available to help them succeed. Growing Women Entrepreneurs was created to meet this need in Niagara. The GWEn mandate is to educate, inspire, and connect its community members with leading experts that provide relevant information to expand business skills and promote growth. As part of this mandate, GWEn believes that when women entrepreneurs speak to fellow entrepreneurs, the unique set of challenges they face daily are innately understood and better served.Empowered women empower women.
