Greater Baltimore Cares was founded by kathlyn Seay and Armando Seay as a result of their connection with Susan Taylor and the nation wide support for The National Cares Mentoring Movement of major organizations and individual supporters such as Oprah Winfrey and many others.The organization raises funds to provide kids with vision, inspiration, comitted mentors and life experiences that broadens thier horizons and helps them achieve thier dreams.Our goal is to save a generation of kids that must not be forgotten.
