Getting back to our fundamental grassroots is my mission. I offer sessions in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Deep Peace, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama practices. Combined with a foundation of wellness coaching I seek to bring together a number of modalities to help cultivate balance and inner peace.I also run corporate workshops teaching the fundamentals of stress, sleep and relaxation as well as juicing workshops for those wanting to 'up' their game with the power of drinking fresh juice.
