Our mission is to uplift, encourage, and motivate young men of color in our communities by introducing them to the Gentleman's lifestyle, culture, and fashion. Our vision is to empower young men and help create opportunities for them through education, entrepreneurship, mentorship as well as assisting them in their personal development and professionalism.The way we dress is our defiance of negative stereotypes placed upon young Black men. The way we carry ourselves is the standard we set for the next generation, and the work we do in our communities is how we showcase our character.Our Motto is "A Gentleman is a man of the people!"
