We're seeking a talented and driven RO/RM to join our team!!! Job Details:Designation: Relationship Officer/ Relationship ManagerJob Location: Pune, PCMC, Chakan & Shikrapur, MaharashtraQualification: 12th, Diploma, Graduate with any streamSalary Range: Upto 3.50 lakhsProduct: Home Loan & Loan against propertySales Experience: 1-3 years(Freshers of MBA - Sales & Marketing are welcome)Working day : 6 daysDay Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMAs a Relationship Officer/Manager candidate will be responsible for - ·       Generating leads through customer visits, self-sourcing and building relations with DSAs as per targets given.·       Building strong relationship with Builder, Connector, CA, Property Brokers & Direct Selling Agents·       Responsible for generating disbursals in terms of number of files as well as amount through sourced customers as per targets set.·       Following up with other departments for status of the file sourced.·       Following up with sourced customers for ensuring they are not defaulting payment after loan amount is been disbursed.·       Responsible for collecting mandatory documents from customers within stipulated time for processing housing loan.·       Responsible for uploading customer details into company's application.
