Established in 1961, GS Hall is a 100% New Zealand owned importer of herbs, spices, seeds, dehydrated vegetables, oleoresins, spice blends, functional and non-functional ingredients, sweet and savoury flavours and colours.Our customers include domestic and international manufacturers and repackers who service diverse markets including bakery, beverage, chilled and frozen, ready and convenient, condiments, confectionary, dairy, fisheries, foodservice, meat, small goods and seasonings.Our head office in Auckland, New Zealand includes administration, warehousing, production and laboratory facilities. Our labs are staffed by qualified technologists providing Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance and Microbiological functions. Product Development services are provided utilising Applications Specialists within our onsite test kitchens. All operations are conducted according to the parameters of our independently accredited BRC quality management system.
