Government entities and businesses in Jamaica have found it inefficient to procure the services of individual design professional entities (Architect ,Civil/Structural Engineer , Quantity Surveyor, MEP Engineer) for small buildings <= US$700,000 capital cost due to the economics of scale and procurement duplication. GDM has refined an Engineer Led team service along with our associated professionals to provide a single point design and project management for these projects. Our Engineer Led teams provide services for small projects including Architectural services, Quantity surveying, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
