The GAPABA Law Foundation (GLF) was organized in 2005 as the 501(c)(3) non-profit arm of GAPABA, with the mission of providing charitable and educational services for Georgia's Asian Pacific American legal community. GLF has historically awarded over $350,000 in GRANTS to non-profit organizations to support legal internships, programs, and fellowships. Download the GAPABA Law Foundation ByLaws.In 2022, the Foundation permanently created the GAPABA Trinh Huynh Fellowship with Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta, endowing a legal fellowship dedicated to impact litigation to benefit the AAPI community. Additionally, the Foundation also established a Public Interest Scholarship, since renamed after GAPABA Past President Hemanth Digumarthi to provide a source of funding for law students who accept unpaid summer internships with organizations that advance public interest causes, including pro bono legal clinics, non-profit organizations, state and federal agencies, and judicial clerkships.
