Free Bird Institute Limited (FBL) is a publicly listed Company on the South Pacific Stock Exchange in Fiji. It is a subsidiary Company of South Pacific Free Bird Co Ltd (SPFB), an LLC based in Tokyo, Japan. FBL primarily provides English language programmes to international students under the study-abroad programmes. It is the largest English language school in Fiji which caters for over 1000 students each year from different countries. It also provides in-house insurance schemes, in-house foreign exchange for students from the Japanese market as this is the niche market for the Institute at present. FBL also manages a local public high school where Japanese students between the ages of 14 to 17 attend. It also provides English language teachers to two other local public high schools where Japanese students attend.It recently received a Recruitment license to send Fijian nationals to work overseas.
