Getting people lining up in front of the store is not the hardest part. The hardest part is getting the right people to line up at the right time. We are one of those few people who loves math! Giving out free cupcakes doesn't just cost the business the cost of sugar and flour but the labor, rent, electricity and most importantly, the opportunity cost from selling it to customers who wants and able to pay. We take all of these into considerations.At Fluff, we emphasize on market research and understanding the target audience in order to create a sustainable growth strategy. We also plan the process to mitigate potential issues from the beginning.
