I believe that Leadership, Ownership and Human Centricity are essential ingredients for successful collaboration in the network era. I enable first time leaders and high potentials to produce outstanding results in order to succeed in both ways: in their individual roles and with their organizations.As Leadership Counselor and Mentor, I combine individual psychology, business strategy and operational excellence to deliver measurable results.I owe it to the early "defeats" in my life to possess realizations and knowledge, which most people only harvest during their late 40s to mid 50s - if ever. Putting this knowledge to work, I made it from financial bust to a +100.000€ annual incoming, from "living with my parents" to the "C-Level" of a German medium sized Company, within just 7 years.This journey has been a salutary path. I have experienced organizations from size 3 to 3.000 employees, worked in more than 5 different industries, and more than 7 different roles. Apprentice, Consultant, Sales Manager, Teamleader, Company Founder - salaried and self-employed. I have seen it.When you transit from being an expert to being a manager, your role changes drastically. From one day to another, you are no longer responsible to deliver the best results as an individual, but with your team as their leader. This transition can be tricky and more than once you will feel overwhelmed by utter disorientation and sheer excessive demands.I know how it feels to get swamped with new information, new faces, projects, ToDos and "responsibilities" all piling up on your desk.
