All our fresh fish and seafood are caught in the FAO 34: the Eastern Central part of the Atlantic Ocean.At Fish Box we insist on exacting procedures and hygiene standards at each step in the logistics chain. We export chilled fresh fish and seafood at our designated facility under the following European Union Licensing agreement: EU Nº 001/12/CE, FDA Nº 17665562954 (Wholly obtained) & EU Nº 023/94/C, FDA Nº 11361600512 (Wholly obtained and elaborated).We are CFIA compliant and approved for exporting to Canada.Our "catch of the day" premium quality fresh fish and seafood are landed from less than a one-day fishing trip. All our fresh fish are stored on ice within minutes of being caught, ensuring maximum freshness. From the boats they are delivered directly to our dedicated facility, helping speed the journey from the sea through processing and on to export by air. The fresh chilled fish and seafood are packed in polystyrene boxes with frozen gel packs @ -18°C on top to maintain uninterrupted cool chain at all times.
