First Methodist Carrollton is a vibrant, multi-generational church that is committed to filling every neighborhood with the good news of God's love. We believe the love of Jesus works in us and through us, transforming individuals, families, neighborhoods, and nations. We have a rich Wesleyan heritage, and we have chosen to worship in a contemporary way while cherishing and integrating the historic songs, confessions, and prayers of our faith. As United Methodists, we follow the calendar and liturgies of the Christian year. We focus on the major events that were important in Jesus' life, so that we can learn to be like Him and love God and people just as He did.
