Our company's goal is to find opportunities to create positive cash flow and receive immediate equity! We target at least a 30% equity position on any property we put under contract. (That means if we buy a house worth $100,000, we will have spent no more than $70,000 for the purchase, repairs and holding costs.) We buy, repair and sell or rent/lease option properties. We also provide turnkey solutions, where we'll sell occupied, performing properties to current and/or aspiring landlords.Depending upon how many projects we have going on at any given time, we unfortunately cannot always secure enough funding to purchase every single property. Therefore, we sometimes are willing to assign our contracts to others or partner with them in order to share in the profit from our efforts.
