At Eye Shield, our mission is to educate youth on the ever-changing technological advancements and provide a safe learning environment for them. In doing so, we have taken a unique approach - providing secure webcam covers to students, parents and teachers. Additionally, we created a centralized website with crucial information about safe cyber practices and potential technological threats. With the growth of cyber advancements, youth are becoming more susceptible to online hackers. Eye Shield strives to combat malware that allows hackers to record images of users without their knowledge. We ensure that computers continue to be learning tools rather than systems that hackers use to violate youth's privacy. Junior Achievement Company ProgramEye Shield is a Junior Achievement company based in Central Ontario and sponsored by Scotiabank Markham. The program fosters entrepreneurial skills and uses experiential learning to inspire students to reach their fullest potential.
