She grew up in France and learned English at the International Bilingual School of Paris. She then graduated from high school with the Scientific Baccalaureate (High Honours/Mention Très Bien). Emilie is a member of The Chartered College of Teaching, the Cambridge Primary Review Trust and the National Association for Primary Education.She is energetic, enthusiastic and communicates well with everyone. She is continually learning and aspiring to promote a love of learning in her students. She aims to provide a balance between making sure that the children's future will be fulfilled, and that the children's well-being and needs are met. Emilie believes that a successful primary education should foster children's development as self-motivated, resilient learners, instil a lifelong love of learning and empower them with a sense of agency, autonomy, and optimism for the future. As a tutor, she is thus committed to adapt to the learning capacity of every child. All children should have a favourable view of what they can achieve and feel that their voice is valued. Emilie strives to enable enjoyment, fun, and laughter and, ultimately, nurture her students' happiness and well-being.Emilie is currently in her final year at University College London. She is studying philosophy as a BA. At the moment, she is in the process of applying for a PGCE Primary in several universities. She continually aims to ensure quality education.
