By using a series of strengthening, balancing and stretching postures, many structural problems are either reversed completely or greatly eased over time.Breath techniques and muscular locks, or bandhas, to strengthen the core, transform the nervous system, cleanse the lungs and energize the entire body.Mindfulness practices and mantras to establish new neural circuitry. We use goal setting exercises for mental organization and conscious trigger mechanisms for deep relaxation.
