Dumppi is the association for the students of information systems science and computer science. It was founded in 1968. During these years Dumppi has grown into one of the biggest and most active subject associations at our university, offering something for everyone.Dumppi is the students' link to the department, university, and student's union, and it attends to their interests. Dumppi offers many kinds of activities as a counterbalance to studying: sports (bowling, floorball, volleyball, skiing, sports events), parties (Dumppi has achieved eminence as an organizer of great parties), visits to enterprises, sauna evenings, excursions, and many other things. There are activities for each week. Also, Dumppi has good connections to business enterprises, since its members are in great demand because of their unique know-how.
