We assist land owners, developers, and builders in achieving their development and construction objectives. Experienced and conscientious development consulting, project administration, and construction management are the key elements to our success. Development Services Company, though the Principal-in-charge is a Florida Professional Engineer, does not hold itself out to be engineers. Rather, we provide consulting and management, and team leadership services. We lead, and sometimes need to "ride hard" on other engineers and consultants, in providing owner representation in interface with these outside professionals.
